AESYS LED queuing display allows the rational handling of the queues at counters or in waiting rooms, giving a clear indication of the called number.
The base system is composed by an electronic led display with a bright characters numeration at two or more ciphers and by a keyboard for the increase of the visualized number, cable or radio connected, and by a mechanical emitter of numbered tickets.
Its working is very simple:
- The public take a numbered ticket, with the indication of their shift, furnished by the mechanical emitter placed at the entrance of the ticket office or of the counters.
- The counter operator, by pushing a key, produces the increment of the number visualized on the display addressed to the public. In the version with keyboard provided with a repeater display, the operator can verify the called number.
Further to the version for a single counter, there are available centralised systems that allow the handling of more counters and give indications both numerical and literal, as the writes CLOSED, CASH, etc. With such a system each queue can be distributed on one or more counters in function of the influx of people. This determines a higher “tranquillity” of the users (that won’t be afraid to lose their turn and to be in the slowest queue) and, as consequence, a great improvement of the service.
